Our shoes use US/Canadian sizes. Measuring your foot takes about two minutes and is the best way to choose the right size. Fit can vary between styles, so always check the product description as well, for example for notes such as "runs small" or "wide fit".
How to measure your foot
- Place a sheet of paper on a hard floor, with one short edge against a wall.
- Stand on the paper with your heel against the wall, wearing the socks you'd normally wear with the shoes.
- Mark the tip of your longest toe on the paper. It's easiest if someone helps you.
- Measure the distance from the edge of the paper to the mark, in centimetres or inches.
- Repeat with your other foot and use the longer of the two measurements.
- Find your foot length in the chart below. If your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the larger size.
Tip: measure at the end of the day. Feet are slightly larger in the evening, especially after walking.

These charts are a general guide. Sizes can differ slightly between styles.
Women's and men's sizes
US/Canadian women's and men's sizes use different scales. As a rule of thumb, a men's size is about 1.5 sizes smaller than the same women's size. For example, a women's 9 is about a men's 7.5. For unisex styles, check the product description or ask us which scale the sizes on that product use.
Fit tips by style

Sneakers and comfort shoes: leave about a thumb's width (around 1 cm) between your longest toe and the front of the shoe.

Boots: if you plan to wear thick socks in winter, choose the larger size when you're between sizes.

Sandals and slides: your toes and heel shouldn't hang over the edge of the footbed. Adjustable straps help you fine-tune the fit.

Heels and pumps: these usually fit snugly. If your feet are wide, or you're between sizes, choose the larger size.

Loafers and slip-ons: they should hold your heel without slipping, because there are no laces to tighten.

Slippers: if you're between sizes, choose the larger size for a relaxed fit.
Wide feet
Look for styles with a wide toe area, a wide fit or adjustable straps. You'll find many of them in our Comfort & Support collection. Styles with a wide fit say so in the product description.
Kids' sizes
Children's feet grow quickly, so measure their feet before every order and leave about 1 cm of space in front of the longest toe. Check the size notes on the product page, or contact us before you order if you're unsure.
