Help us help you faster

• Question about an order: include your order number. You'll find it in your order confirmation email.
• Damaged, defective or incorrect item: include your order number and clear photos of the item, the size label inside the shoe and the packaging. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Return or exchange: tell us which item you'd like to return and whether you'd like a refund, another size or another colour. Please wait for our return instructions before you send anything back.
• Sizing advice: send us the link to the shoes you like and the length of your foot in centimetres or inches.

Changing or cancelling an order

Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to change or cancel it. Email is the fastest way. Include your order number and what you'd like to change.
